- Eligibility for Returns
- Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.
- Change of Mind: We accept returns for change‑of‑mind requests (e.g., wrong flavor) within 3 days of delivery, provided the jar is unopened, unused, and in its original, resealable packaging.
- Non‑Returnable Items
- Opened or partially used jars
- Items past their “Best Before” date
- Gift cards and clearance items marked “Final Sale”
- How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number, product name, and a brief description of the issue (including photos for damaged/defective items).
- We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a pre‑paid shipping label (for eligible claims).
- Shipping Your Return
- Approved Returns: Use the pre‑paid label we provide. Simply pack the item securely, affix the label, and drop off at the designated carrier.
- Change‑of‑Mind Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service.
- Inspection & Approval
Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the product. We aim to process all returns within 5 business days of receipt. You will be notified when your return is approved or if we need further information.
- Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval.
- Exchanges: If you’d like to replace an item (e.g., swap a mango pickle for strawberry jam), let us know in your return request. We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your original item—no extra shipping charge for approved exchanges.
