How do I place an order?

Simply browse our catalog, select your favorite jams or pickles, choose quantities, and click “Add to Cart.” When you’re ready, go to the cart, review your items, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely via credit/debit card, PayPal, or bank transfer.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We deliver to all major cities across Pakistan. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. Faster (express) options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

What are your shipping charges?

We offer free standard shipping on orders over PKR 1,500. For orders below that, a flat PKR 200 shipping fee applies. Express shipping rates depend on your location and package weight.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email (or SMS) with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time.

What is your return & refund policy?
  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: Report within 7 days for a full refund or replacement.
  • Change of Mind: Return unopened jars within 3 days for store credit (you cover return shipping).

How long do your products last?

All jars come with a “Best Before” date printed on the lid—typically 12 months from production. Store unopened jars in a cool, dry place; refrigerate after opening and consume within 4–6 weeks.

Are your jams and pickles vegan/gluten‑free?

Jams: All fruit jams are vegan and naturally gluten‑free (fruit, sugar, pectin).

Pickles: Most of our pickles are vegan; see each product page for allergen notes. None of our products contain gluten ingredients.

Do you use preservatives or artificial colors?

No. We use only natural ingredients—ripe fruit, spices, sugar, and vinegar (for pickles). No artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives ever.

Can I place a bulk or corporate order?

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages?

We do! At checkout, choose “Gift Packaging” and add your custom message. We’ll include a handwritten note and festive wrapping at no extra cost.
